Cylinder roller bearing meet the challenges of applications facing heavy radial loads and high speeds. It can withstand axial displacement (except for bearings with ribs on both inner and outer rings), and has the characteristics of high rigidity, low friction and long service life.
Cylinder roller bearing are also available in sealed or split designs. In sealed bearings, the rollers are protected from contaminants, water and dust while providing lubricant retention and contaminant exclusion.
This provides lower friction and longer service life. Split bearings are primarily used in inaccessible bearing arrangements, such as crankshafts, where they simplify maintenance and replacement.

High-capacity cylinder roller bearing

With the high load carrying capacity of full complement bearings and the high speed capability of caged bearings, these bearings are designed for applications such as industrial and wind turbine gearboxes and mining equipment.

Double row cylinder roller bearing

Because of their second row of rollers, these bearings are suitable for heavy radial loads, as well as higher axial load carrying capacity and high-speed capacity.

Four-row cylinder roller bearing

Available in cylindrical or tapered bores and open or sealed designs, these bearings are able to accommodate very heavy radial loads due to the high number of rollers and are ideal for rolling mill applications at high rolling speeds.

Single row full complement cylindrical roller bearings

As they are not equipped with a cage, these bearings incorporate a maximum number of rollers and are therefore suitable for very heavy radial loads and have an increased radial stiffness.

Double row full complement cylindrical roller bearings

There is also no cage for the second row of rollers, which means that these bearings can be designed to contain the maximum number of rollers, making them suitable for very heavy radial loads and increased radial stiffness.

SKF Cooper split cylindrical roller bearings

It is mainly used for inaccessible bearing arrangement or crank shaft, and split bearing is used, because the maintenance or replacement of non-split bearing will be very time-consuming, and will lead to long machine downtime and high cost.
